Maintenance & Enhancements

  • Our standard Software Maintenance & Enhancement program provides 24/7/365 coverage.
  • There will always be a staff member to answer your call and do not use an automated answering service.
  • Friday updates are provided under the standard maintenance & enhancement program. We average 30-36 system enhancements during any fiscal year of operations. These upgrades cover program fixes, new government regulation requirements, and customized program(s) that clients have requested.

Hardware Maintenance options include three levels of support:

Basic Support: On-Site parts replacements Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Premium Support: On-Site parts replacement 7 days week, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Gold Support: Complete Host Server replacement in 48 hours in the event of catastrophic disaster. This option also includes On-Site parts replacement, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
