Keith D. Crawford M.D., Ph.D. MMHIS Advisor; is a member of the faculty of Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital since 1997, where he is the director of the Laboratory of Molecular Diagnostics (LMD) and the assistant directors of the Laboratory of Innovative Translational Technologies at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and the DOD funded Advance Medical Countermeasure Consortium. In addition, Dr. Crawford is on the board of Global Security Management (GSM), Parcell Labs, and Boston Biomedical Research Institute, where he serves as the healthcare technologies specialist. In addition to his board position on GSM, he is responsible for identifying and developing healthcare-related business opportunities for GSH in the US, China, Middle East, and Africa.

Roger Selkowitz, COO & V.P. Operations, brings to Minuteman HIS over 30 years of Healthcare Planning, Programming and Marketing experience, in a unique array of healthcare products and services.  His diverse background in healthcare operations includes working with large corporations, multi facility IDN’s as well as planning and designing individual hospitals i.e. The Mayo Clinic Hospital, Scottsdale AZ, the City of Hope Cancer Research Center, Duarte CA, the 1100 bed North District Hospital, Hong Kong and other associated healthcare projects on six continents. He works with our dynamic growth healthcare related businesses and partners, providing healthcare planning solutions and marketing expertise both domestically and globally. He also is a Principle of Medical Planning Network. Roger has a degree in Industrial design/engineering form Parsons School of Design and the New School both located in N.Y.C., NY.  

Llyod Moore, V.P. Government Affairs, is a principal in a full service consulting firm, specializing in the areas of government relations, health care planning & finance, regulatory matters, energy, telecommunications, business development, construction management, and real estate development. During the past thirty years, Mr. Moore has been a government relations advisor, regulatory consultant or counsel to a number of major corporations and government agencies.  As a senior partner for many years in a Washington, D. C. law firm, his practice focused on government affairs and regulatory matters, energy, telecommunications, health care planning, municipal finance, pension law, and real estate development.  

Dezhen Ding, MD, Director, Healthcare Liason Advisor, serves as a Sr. Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Team Leader and Line Manager in North America for a global research company.  Prior to joining the Clinical Research Industry in 2000, Dr. Ding worked in Canada for Yes Biotech Laboratories, Ltd (a global biotech company), as their Chief Scientific Officer.  Dr. Ding practiced Internal Medicine in Wuhan China, then moved to the Wuhan Institute of Biological Products, a bio-pharmaceutical enterprise and served as their Vice Director,  Executive Office.  Dr. Ding was in charge of business development and worked in cooperation with world renowned pharmaceutical and medical device companies throughout Asia, France, England, Belgium and Italy.

Kim Ware, Director, Internet Technology,  Kim brings over 20 years experience in the Telecommunications industry in various Customer Service Management, Program Management and Billing and Proposal Management positions. Her background includes managing and retaining revenues for Verizon Business of over $300M for Fortune 500 Companies in the greater Boston area. Most recently she is the Proposal Support Manager with Verizon Business responsible for creating custom responses to proposals from Verizon Business customers nationwide who are considering various Verizon services including, Private IP, Global Managed Private IP Services, Internet, DSL and Toll Free/Voice applications. Her career also includes Service Support positions at Qwest Communications and North Point Communications where she was instrumental in implementing DSL services to North Point Partners.
