Minuteman HIS recognizes the uniqueness of our clientele. We service specialized marketplaces region from geographically remote to metropolitian centers. For this reason, Minuteman HIS emphasizes cross-cultural training practices, making the technological transition pleasant and efficient for our clients. Minuteman HIS charges a daily rate, which is about one-half of the industry standard.

Initial Training
The price of the Minuteman HIS system could include up to 100 business days of training. This ensures that the key personnel in each department will have access to training during the installation and conversion. Initial training can be conducted on-site or at a Minuteman HIS training center, and is done one-on-one or in a group setting.

New Employee Training
Minuteman HIS recommends on-site training for new key employees which join your facility. This personalized training helps ensure your facility of a high level of proficiency and helps establish a valuable working relationship between the employee and the Minuteman HIS group.

New Program/Release Training
When there is a new release or major enhancement of software offered, there may be additional training required. This could be done on-site or at a user group meeting.

Emergency Training
Minuteman HIS’s staff is always available to conduct emergency training by telephone. Although this is not encouraged, and the scope of the training is limited, it is one of the services that sets Minuteman HIS apart from other vendors.
